Making a Donation on GiveSendGo

Every gift on GiveSendGo is an act of generosity that makes a real difference. Here's how to make a one-time or recurring donation to a cause that matters to you.

The Donation Process

Step 1: Start Your Donation

1. Visit the campaign page you want to support
   
2. Click the Give button
   
3.  Under Please Choose Donation Type, select either:
   
1. Single Donation: A one-time gift
   
2. Monthly Subscription: A recurring donation that regularly supports the campaign over time
   
4. Enter the amount you wish to give in the Donation Amount box

You'll also see an option to leave a tip for GiveSendGo at this point in the donation process. It helps us keep the platform free for everyone and is completely optional. For more, see The Suggested Tip: What It Is and How to Edit It.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Fill in your email address, name, and any optional details such as a message for the recipient. If you'd like your donation to appear anonymously on the campaign page, check Hide my name from public view.

When you're ready, click Continue to proceed to payment.

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

After continuing, you'll be taken to the payment screen. Select either Card or Bank at the top. For a full list of supported options, see Supported Payment Methods on GiveSendGo.

Link — Your Secure, 1-Click Checkout

If the email address you entered is associated with a Link account, GiveSendGo will recognize it and prompt you to use your saved payment details. You don't need a Link account to donate, and your payment information is processed securely either way.

GiveSendGo cannot manage Link accounts. If you need help with your Link account, including login issues or verification problems, please visit Link support for assistance.

Step 4: Confirm and Complete Your Donation

Review your donation details and click GIVE to complete your donation. You'll receive an email confirmation once your donation is successfully processed.
