Making All Givers to Your Campaign Anonymous

If you don't want giver names to appear publicly on your campaign page, you can automatically mark all givers as anonymous. When this setting is enabled, names will not appear in the public donations list—even if a giver chooses to show their name at checkout.

How to Make All Givers Anonymous

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Open your Campaign Dashboard
  3. Click Manage Campaign
  4. Navigate to Donation Settings
  5. Find the Make all givers anonymous toggle
  6. Switch it to Yes
  7. Click Save to confirm
If you later turn this setting off, giver names will appear again unless the giver personally chose to make their donation anonymously during checkout.
