How to Manage or Cancel a Recurring Donation on GiveSendGo

Managing or Cancelling a Recurring Donation

Recurring donations (also called Subscriptions) are a way to give consistently to a cause you care about. You can update your payment details or cancel at any time.

Updating Your Payment Information

  1. Log into your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Donations from your account dashboard
  3. Under Subscription Donations, find the donation you want to update
  4. Click Manage on the subscription card
  5. Enter your new payment details
  6. Click Update Payment

Cancelling a Recurring Donation

  1. Log into your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to My Donations from your account dashboard
  3. Under Subscription Donations, find the donation you want to cancel
  4. Click Stop on the subscription card
  5. Type STOP in the confirmation dialog box
  6. Submit to confirm cancellation 
If you'd like to give again in the future, you can start a new recurring donation from any campaign page.
