Need to change the email address linked to your GiveSendGo account? No problem—it’s quick and easy. Keeping your contact info current ensures you receive donation receipts, campaign updates, and important account notifications without skipping a beat. Follow these simple steps to update the email address linked to your GiveSendGo account:

Update Your Email Address in Account Settings

  • Log into your GiveSendGo account

  • Open the Personal Details section in your User Dashboard

  • Click the red Change Email Address link

  • Enter your new email address

  • Submit your changes

A confirmation email will be sent to your new address. Just click the link in that email to verify, and your update will be complete.
