Having Trouble Signing In? Here’s What to Do

Trouble signing into your account or forgot your password? It happens, but we’ve got you covered! This quick guide will show you how to reset your password and explain what to do if you're temporarily locked out.

Forgot Your Password?

If you know your email but can’t remember your password:

  1. Head to the GiveSendGo login page
  2. Click Forgot Password? just below the login fields
  3. Enter the email address you used to create your account
  4. We’ll email you a link to reset your password—just follow the steps in that message

AlertDidn't receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there. Reach out to our team if it's not there.

Temporarily Locked Out of Your Account?

If you’ve entered the wrong password too many times, you may see a message saying your account is locked. This is just a temporary security measure. Wait out the timer shown in the message. You’ll be able to try again once the lockout period ends—there’s nothing you need to reset or request.

If you no longer remember or have access to your password, you can request to reset your password by clicking Forgot Password? on the login page. An email will be sent to your email address with instructions to reset your password.
