Donation Reports: Managing Your Campaign Data

Managing your campaign data is essential for effectively organizing and tracking your campaign's progress. The "Campaign Data" section in your campaign dashboard provides access to crucial information such as donation reports, comments/replies, mailing addresses, and prayer emails. Here's an overview of each feature and how to access them:

Accessing your Campaign Data: 

1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account.
2. From the User Dashboard, under My Campaigns, navigate to your campaign and click the "Campaign Dashboard" button. 
3. Click on "Campaign Data". You will be prompted to enter your password for security purposes.

Donation Report:

1. In the Campaign Data dropdown list, click on "Donation Report."
2. The report contains the donation ID, amount, date, name, email address, comment, and referral code. 
3. To download the report, click on the "Download" button.

Comments/Replies:

1. In the Campaign Data dropdown list, click on "Comments/Replies."
2. This section displays all donation comments and allows organizers to delete or reply to comments.
3. To edit a donor comment, please email us at support@givesendgo.com for assistance.

Mailing Addresses:

1. In the Campaign Data dropdown list, click on "Mailing Addresses." 
2. If mailing addresses were enabled on the donation forms, the collected mailing addresses will appear in this section. 
3. To download mailing addresses, click on the "Download" button.

Prayer Emails: 

1. In the Campaign Data dropdown list, click on "Prayer Emails." 
2. This section contains all received prayer messages, along with the sender's email address.

By using these features, you can easily manage and analyze your campaign's data to better understand its performance and communicate with your supporters.
