How to Edit Your Campaign (Title, Story, Media, Goal)

Keeping your campaign up to date helps you stay connected with supporters and gives your fundraiser the best chance to succeed. Whether you're adjusting your goal, updating your story, or refreshing your media, it’s easy to make changes on GiveSendGo.


Here’s a full breakdown of what you can edit—and how.



Step-by-Step: How to Access Campaign Editing

  1. Log into your account at GiveSendGo.com

  2. On login, you’ll land on your My Campaigns page (this is the default dashboard view)

  3. Find the campaign preview card for the campaign you'd like to update

  4. Click the “Campaign Dashboard” button on that card

  5. In the dashboard, click “Manage Campaign”

  6. Then click “Campaign Edit” to begin making changes



Edit Your Campaign Goal

  • In the Basics section, you can change your goal amount or goal type

  • Once you’ve updated it, click Finished to save



Edit Title, Category & "Created By" Name

In the Details section:

  • Campaign Title – Update the title shown on your public campaign page

  • Created By – Edit the name displayed as the campaign owner

  • Category – Adjust your category to help users find your campaign

  • Donation to GiveSendGo – Choose how much you'd like to give back (optional)

Click Finished when done.



Edit Your Campaign Story & Media

In the Media section:

  • Use the story text editor to revise your campaign story or message

  • To replace your photo, click the red Browse button

  • To add or change a video:

    • Paste the video page link for YouTube or Vimeo

    • For Rumble, paste the embed iframe URL (not the page link)

Click Finished to apply your changes.



Image Upload Guidelines

  • File format: JPEG or PNG

  • Ideal size: 16:9 aspect ratio (min. 800x450 pixels)

  • Max file size: 5MB

  • Need to resize? Try free tools like TinyPNG or Image Resizer
