Closing your GiveSendGo campaign and issuing refunds to your donors is a straightforward process, but it's important for campaign organizers to understand the necessary steps and conditions.


How to Request a Campaign Closure and Refund:

  1. Initiate Request: Send an email to Support@GiveSendGo.com with your campaign details and a clear request to close your campaign and refund donors.
  2. Provide Reason: Include a brief explanation of why you are choosing to end the campaign and process refunds. This helps us handle your request effectively.


Conditions for Refunds:

  • Campaign Closure: GiveSendGo may approve requests to close a campaign and refund donors under certain circumstances.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that refunds will not include any additional amounts donated to GiveSendGo or the original processing fees charged by the payment processor.
  • Currency Conversion: For campaigns that have received donations in non-USD currencies, the refund amounts will be subject to the current conversion rate at the time of the refund.
