If your campaign has ended—or you just want it taken down—you can request for it to be deleted through the Contact Us form. Here’s how it works, and what to know before you hit Send.
What We'll Need from You
When filling out the Contact Us form at the bottom-right of this page, include:
Your name
Your email address associated with your GiveSendGo account the campaign is tied to
Your campaign URL
A clear request to delete it in the Description box
In the form:
Choose Account for Select Reason
Select Delete My Campaign(s) for Choose One
Funds Must Be Resolved Before Deletion
Before we can delete your campaign, its balance must be zero.
If there’s still money in your campaign, we’ll help you complete a payout or refund your givers
If no money was raised, we can process your request right away
What Happens after My Campaign Is Deleted?
- Permanent removal of the campaign and all associated content from GiveSendGo
- Deactivation of the campaign URL
Campaign deletion is permanent so be sure you really want your campaign deleted before requesting.
