How to Delete Your GiveSendGo Campaign

If your campaign has ended—or you just want it taken down—you can request for it to be deleted through the Contact Us formHere’s how it works, and what to know before you hit Send.


What We'll Need from You

When filling out the Contact Us form at the bottom-right of this page, include:

  • Your name

  • Your email address associated with your GiveSendGo account the campaign is tied to

  • Your campaign URL

  • A clear request to delete it in the Description box

In the form:

  • Choose Account for Select Reason

  • Select Delete My Campaign(s) for Choose One


Funds Must Be Resolved Before Deletion

Before we can delete your campaign, its balance must be zero.


What Happens after My Campaign Is Deleted?

  • Permanent removal of the campaign and all associated content from GiveSendGo
  • Deactivation of the campaign URL
Campaign deletion is permanent so be sure you really want your campaign deleted before requesting.
