Creating a user account on GiveSendGo is quick, easy, and opens the door to helpful features that enhance your fundraising and giving experience. With an account, you can:
Create and manage campaigns
View your entire donation history anytime
Set up a recurring monthly donation to consistently support the campaigns you care about most
Send and receive direct messages through your own in-account mailbox
And more
Whether you're starting a campaign or supporting one, having an account helps you stay organized and connected—and getting started only takes a few steps. Here’s how to create yours:
Start the Sign-Up Process
Head to our homepage and click the Start a GiveSendGo button you'll see in the top right corner. This will take you to the sign-up page. If you prefer, you can also go directly to the sign-up page without visiting the homepage first.
Add Your Personal Information
Next, fill in your account details. Enter your:
First name
Last name
Email Address
Password—make sure it’s unique to your GiveSendGo account
Then, click Next.
If you're the recipient of a campaign, keep in mind that your legal name will appear as the Campaign funds will be received by… on your campaign page. This is pulled from the personal details you enter during this part of setting your user account.

Verify Your Phone Number
To begin, you’ll be asked to verify your mobile phone number:
Select your country code from the drop down menu
Enter your phone number
Click Send verification code
Enter the code you receive via text message and click Next

Complete Your Profile
Finally, you’ll be asked for a few more details, including:
Your country
Your city and postal code
Your phone number
How you heard about GiveSendGo (select from the dropdown)
Any social media profiles you wish to share. Doing so helps speed up the identity verification process
You can also choose to opt in to GiveSendGo announcements before clicking Save.
After saving your details, you’ll be taken straight into the campaign creation process. No extra clicks needed—you can immediately start crafting your campaign, adding media, and setting your fundraising goal.
