If you need to end your campaign and issue refunds to your givers, we’re here to help make the process clear and simple. Here's what to know before submitting your request.


How to Close Your Campaign and Refund Your Givers

  • Reach Out to Us: Use the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page to send your request. Make sure to include:

    • The name or link to your campaign

    • A clear request to close your campaign and refund your givers

  • Share the Reason: Let us know why you’re choosing to close the campaign. A brief explanation helps our team understand your request and respond quickly.


Note the following:


Fees Are Not Refunded
Refunds don’t include original processing fees or any amounts given to GiveSendGo.


Currency Matters
If your campaign received gifts in a currency different from the one your campaign is set up in, the refunded amount may slightly vary based on the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.
