Supporting GiveSendGo: Options for Campaign Organizers and Givers

At GiveSendGo, we’re committed to keeping our platform free to use. We're able to do this in part thanks to the generosity of both campaign organizers and recipients who choose to give back. This enables us to offer a platform where people can raise funds with only standard third-party processing fees. Here's how you can help sustain and support our mission:

Donating a Percentage of Raised Funds

Campaign organizers and recipients can choose to donate a percentage of the funds their campaign raises to GiveSendGo. This voluntary contribution supports our free platform and is adjustable at any point during the campaign.

How to Adjust:

• Log into your GiveSendGo account and open your Campaign Dashboard.
• Click (or tap) on the campaign you want to update.
• On the left-hand menu (desktop) or drop-down menu (mobile), select Manage Campaign.
• Click (or tap) on Campaign Edit.
• Hit Next.
• Choose a percentage of funds you'd like to donate to GiveSendGo in the Donation To GiveSendGo box.
• Hit Finished.

Note: Changes only apply to future donations and will not affect any funds already received.

For Donors: Contributing Additional Amounts to GiveSendGo

During the donation process, givers have the option to add an additional amount to their donation as a contribution to GiveSendGo. The total amount, including the additional contribution, is clearly presented before checkout.
