Need to delete your GiveSendGo account? Whether you're wrapping up your time on the platform or simply looking to start fresh, we're here to help make it easy.
At this time, GiveSendGo accounts can't be deleted by users. For security and verification purposes, you must submit your request to delete your account to our customer support team.
How to Request Account Deletion
To permanently delete your GiveSendGo user account, click the Contact Us button at the bottom right of this page. Once your request is received, our team will confirm and complete the deletion process.
Note: Deleting your account is permanent.
What We'll Need from You
Include the following information in your request:
- Your name
- The email address associated with your GiveSendGo account
- Your campaign URL
- An explicit request to delete your account in the Description box
In the form:
- Choose Account for Select Reason
- Select Delete My Account for Choose One
Funds Must Be Resolved Before Deletion
If you've raised money through a campaign, we won’t be able to close your account until all funds have been successfully paid out or refunded. If there’s still money in your campaign, we’ll help you complete a payout or refund your givers.
What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?
Your login will no longer work
All your campaigns will be permanently removed
You will no longer have access to your donation history
Any personal data not required for legal compliance will be deleted
