Your campaign tells a story, and the Campaign Data section of your dashboard helps you read it. With it, you can view detailed insight into your campaign's performance and supporters, including donation reports, mailing addresses, comments, and prayer emails.
Accessing Campaign Data
To access your campaign reports and giver information:
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Open your Campaign Dashboard
- Click Campaign Data
- Enter your account password when prompted
- Click Submit
Password confirmation is required each time you access Campaign Data to help protect sensitive giver information.
What You’ll See in the Campaign Data Section
Donation Reports
Donation Reports show a full breakdown of your campaign’s giving activity, including giver names, email addresses, dates, amounts, referral codes, comments, and more.
To export a report:
- Click Donation Reports
- Select the fields you’d like to include
- Click Export Report as CSV
Your report will download as a CSV file, which you can open in Excel or another spreadsheet tool.
Mailing Addresses
Prayer Emails
To view prayers sent to you and your campaign, select Prayer Emails from within Campaign Data. This section displays prayer messages along with each sender's email address. To download them, click Export Prayer Addresses as CSV.
