Set Up a Custom Thank You Message for Givers
You can create a custom thank-you message that is automatically emailed to givers after they donate to your campaign. This message is sent in addition to the standard donation receipt.
Add or Edit Your Custom Thank You Message
To create or update your message:
- Log in to your GiveSendGo account
- Open your Campaign Dashboard
- Click Manage Campaign
- Select Custom Thank You
- Enter your message in the text box
- Click Submit
Your message will be sent automatically to each giver after they donate.
Writing Your Thank You Message
When drafting your message, consider:
- Keeping it concise
- Clearly expressing appreciation
- Explaining how the funds will support your campaign
