Creating a User Account on GiveSendGo

Creating a GiveSendGo account is the first step toward launching your fundraiser and sharing your story with the world.

Start the Sign-Up Process

Go to the GiveSendGo sign-up page and fill in your account details:

1. Legal first name
2. Legal last name
3. Email address
4. Password: use a strong, unique password for your GiveSendGo account

Click Next to continue.

Note: If you'll be the recipient of your fundraiser, your legal name will appear as the Fundraiser funds will be received by name on your fundraiser page. To use a different display name, see Changing a Recipient Display Name.

Verify Your Phone Number

Next, you'll be asked to verify your mobile phone number:

1. Select your country code from the dropdown menu
2. Enter your phone number
3. Click Send verification code
4. Enter the code you receive via text message
5. Click Next

Complete Your Profile

Finally, you'll be asked for a few more details:

• Your country
• Your city
• Your postal code
• How you heard about GiveSendGo (select from the dropdown)
• Any social media profiles you wish to share (optional, as this can help speed up fundraiser verification)

You can also choose to opt in to GiveSendGo announcements before clicking Save.
