Creating a User Account

Creating a GiveSendGo account is the first step toward launching your campaign and sharing your story with the world.

Start the Sign-Up Process

Go to the GiveSendGo sign-up page and fill in your account details:

1. Legal first name
   
2. Legal last name
   
3. Email address
   
4. Password: use a strong, unique password for your GiveSendGo account

It should look something like this:

Click Next to continue.

If you're going to be the recipient of your campaign, your legal name will appear as the Campaign funds will be received by name on your campaign page. Prefer to use a different name? Learn how to change your display name in our article Changing a Recipient Display Name.

Verify Your Phone Number

Next, you’ll be asked to verify your mobile phone number. Follow these steps:

1. Select your country code from the drop down menu 
   
2. Enter your phone number
   
3. Click Send verification code
   
4. Enter the code you receive via text message
   
5. Click Next

Complete Your Profile

Finally, you’ll be asked for a few more details, including:

1. Your country
   
2. Your city
   
3. Your postal code
   
4. How you heard about GiveSendGo (select from the dropdown)
   
5. Any social media profiles you wish to share (optional—this can help speed up verification)
   

You can also choose to opt in to GiveSendGo announcements before clicking Save.
