How to Create a GiveSendGo Account | Step-by-Step Guide

Creating a User Account


Creating a user account on GiveSendGo is quick, easy, and opens the door to helpful features that enhance your fundraising and giving experience. With an account, you can:

  1. Create and manage campaigns
  2. View your entire donation history
  3. Set up a recurring monthly donation to consistently support the campaigns you care about most
  4. Send and receive direct messages through your own in-account mailbox
  5. And more

Whether you're starting a campaign or supporting one, having an account helps you stay organized and connected—and getting started only takes a few steps.

Getting Started with Your GiveSendGo

Start the Sign-Up Process

Head to our homepage and click the Start a GiveSendGo button you'll see in the top right corner. This will take you to the sign-up page.

Enter Your Personal Information

Next, fill in your account details. Enter your:
  1. Legal first name
  2. Legal last name
  3. Email address
  4. Password (make sure it’s unique to your GiveSendGo account!)

Then, click Next.

If you're going to be the recipient of your campaign, keep in mind that your legal name will appear as the Campaign funds will be received by name on your campaign page. This is pulled from the personal details you enter during this part of the user account creation process.

Verify Your Phone Number

Next, you’ll be asked to verify your mobile phone number. Follow these steps:

  1. Select your country code from the drop down menu 
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Click Send verification code
  4. Enter the code you receive via text message
  5. Click Next

Complete Your Profile

Finally, you’ll be asked for a few more details, including:

  1. Your country
  2. Your city
  3. Your postal code
  4. How you heard about GiveSendGo (select from the dropdown)
  5. Any social media profiles you wish to share (optional)
    1. Doing so helps speed up the campaign verification process

You can also choose to opt in to GiveSendGo announcements before clicking Save.

After saving your details, you’ll be taken straight into the campaign creation process. No extra clicks needed—you can immediately start crafting your campaign, adding media, and setting your fundraising goal.
