Troubleshooting Issues with SMS Verification at Signup

If you didn't receive your SMS verification code during signup, try the following before contacting us.

Try These First

  1. Wait a few minutes and request a new code
  2. Make sure you selected the correct country code
  3. Double-check that your phone number was entered without typos
  4. Try a different phone number if one is available to you
If none of those work, reach out to us via the Contact Us button. Include the following so we can help you quickly:
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Email address you intend to use for your GiveSendGo account
  4. Phone number (include your country code)
  5. Mobile carrier
  6. Type of mobile device

What Happens Next

Our team will investigate the issue. If necessary, we'll manually override the SMS verification for your account and send you an email with a direct link to complete your signup without needing an SMS code.
