Troubleshooting Issues with SMS Verification at Signup

If you didn't receive your SMS verification code during signup, work through these steps before contacting us.

Try These First

  1. Wait a few minutes and request a new code
  2. Check your country code: make sure you selected the correct one for your country
  3. Double-check your phone number: confirm it was entered without typos
  4. Try a different phone number if one is available to you

If None of Those Work

Reach out to us via Contact Us. To help us investigate quickly, include the following:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address you intend to use for your GiveSendGo account
  • Phone number (include your country code)
  • Mobile carrier
  • Type of mobile device

What Happens Next

Our team will investigate the issue. If needed, we'll manually override the SMS verification for your account and send you an email with a direct link to complete your signup without an SMS code.
