Deleting a fundraiser is permanent. If you're ready to take yours down, here's what you need to know before submitting your request.

Before You Request Deletion

Your fundraiser's balance must be zero before we can delete it.

• If there are still funds in your fundraiser, we'll help you complete a transfer or refund your givers first
• If no money was raised, we can process your request right away

Deletion is permanent. Once your fundraiser is deleted, it cannot be restored.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your fundraiser, Contact Us and include the following in your message:

• Your name
• The email address on your GiveSendGo account
• Your fundraiser link
• A clear statement that you want the fundraiser deleted
• The reason for your request

What Happens After Deletion

• Your fundraiser and all associated content will be permanently removed from GiveSendGo
• Your fundraiser link will be deactivated
