Trouble Receiving SMS Verification on Signup?

Troubleshooting Issues with SMS Verification at Signup

If you're experiencing issues with the SMS verification process at signup, reach out to our support team by sending an email to support@givesendgo.com. When you do, mention that you did not receive the SMS verification code when you attempted to sign up. Please include the following information in your message to us:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address you intend to use for your GiveSendGo account
  • Phone number (include your country code)
  • Mobile carrier
  • Type of mobile device

What Happens Next?

Our team will investigate the issue, and if necessary, manually override the SMS verification for your account. If that's the case, we'll send you an email with a direct link to complete your signup process without needing an SMS code.
