How to Delete Your Campaign

If your campaign has ended or you’re ready to take it down, you can reach out to our support team to have it deleted. Here’s what to know before you do.

What We'll Need from You

In your message, be sure to include:

1. Your name
   
2. Your email address associated with your GiveSendGo account the campaign is tied to
   
3. Your campaign URL
   
4. A clear request to delete the campaign
5. The reason for your request
   
1. This helps us to keep improving the experience for others on our platform

Funds Must Be Resolved Before Deletion

Before we can delete your campaign, its balance must be zero.

1. If there’s still money in your campaign, we’ll help you complete a payout or refund your givers
   
2. If no money was raised, we can process your request right away
   

What Happens after My Campaign Is Deleted?

1. Permanent removal of the campaign and all associated content from GiveSendGo
   
2. Deactivation of the campaign URL
   

Deleting a campaign is permanent, so be sure you really want your campaign deleted before requesting.
