Who receives the funds is at the heart of every campaign. If you need to update the Campaign Funds Will Be Received By name, that change is handled by our support team.
If you're the campaign owner and want to change the Campaign Created By name on the campaign, you can do this yourself—no need to contact GiveSendGo support. See How to Edit Your Campaign (Title, Story, Media, Goal).
If the recipient is a business or organization, make sure to select Business/Organization as the recipient type when adding a recipient. This ensures the business name appears as the display name automatically.
