Fees Are Not Refunded
Refunds don’t include original processing fees or any amounts given to GiveSendGo.
Currency Matters
If
your campaign received donations from givers in a country other than
the one your campaign is based in, the refund amount may slightly vary
based on the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.
If you want to stop receiving gifts without permanently deleting your campaign, you can unpublish it. Unpublishing removes your campaign from public view and puts a pause on receiving new donations. You can always return later and re-publish it when ...
