How to Close Your Campaign and Refund Your Givers

  • Reach out to our support team at support@givesendgo.com and include:

    • The name or link to your campaign

    • A clear request to close your campaign and refund your givers

  • Share the Reason: Let us know why you’re choosing to close the campaign. A brief explanation helps our team understand your request and respond quickly.

Fees Are Not Refunded

Refunds don’t include original processing fees or any amounts given to GiveSendGo.

Currency Matters

If your campaign received donations from givers in a country other than the one your campaign is based in, the refund amount may slightly vary based on the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.
