How to Unpublish Your GiveSendGo Campaign

Unpublish Your Campaign

If you want to stop receiving gifts without permanently deleting your campaign, you can unpublish it. Unpublishing removes your campaign from public view and puts a pause on receiving new donations. You can always return later and re-publish it when you're ready.

Follow these steps to unpublish your campaign:

  1. Log in to your GiveSendGo account
  2. Go to your Campaign Dashboard
  3. Click Unpublish Campaign
  4. Toggle the Unpublish option
  5. Add a message to explain why your campaign is currently offline (Optional)
  6. Click Submit

Once unpublished, your campaign won’t be publicly visible and will no longer be able to accept donations.
