At GiveSendGo, we strive to make the payout process as simple and transparent as possible. Here's a quick overview of how the payout process works:
Verification:
Before you can request a payout, you must complete identity and banking verification by uploading your photo ID. Our verification team will review the provided information and enable your account once everything checks out.
First Payout Period:
The first payout request becomes available five days after the first successful donation has been made to your campaign. This initial waiting period cannot be waived and is in place to mitigate some of the risks inherent in providing crowdfunding services.
Requesting Payouts:
Once you have a balance available for payout, a "Request Payout" button will appear in the Payouts section of your campaign dashboard. Keep in mind that donations take three days to become available for payout. If you don't see a "Payouts" section in your campaign dashboard, you may still need to complete your verification by uploading your photo ID.
Payout Processing Time:
After you submit a payout request, it takes one to two days for our team to review and approve it. Once approved, you can expect the funds to reach your bank account within one to two additional days.
Payout Request Frequency:
The "Request Payout" button will only appear when there are funds available for payout. After a payout has been approved, the request button will not become available again for 72 hours.
In summary, the payout process involves identity and banking verification, an initial waiting period, and a straightforward request and approval system.
