Why is my campaign disabled?

Once your campaign has been created and you've connected to our payment solution, you will need to publish your campaign before anyone can view it and make donations.  Once your campaign has been published, your campaign will be enabled and you can start receiving donations right away! You can publish your campaign in the Campaign Dashboard


Campaigns that have not received a donation after 90 days will auto-disable. If you would like us to re-enable your campaign, send an email to Support@GiveSendGo.com. Once re-enabled, your campaign will auto-disable after 24 hours if a donation has not been made.  


If your published campaign has been disabled, and you have not received an email from us or from our payment processor regarding the activation of your account, contact our support team and we will assist you in getting your campaign enabled quickly.
