Why is My Campaign Disabled?

Modified on Wed, 21 Jun 2023 at 07:07 PM

If you find that your campaign is disabled and you're unable to receive donations, there are a few possible reasons for this issue. Here's how to address the most likely causes:

Unpublished Campaign

Your campaign might be disabled if it hasn't been published yet. To publish your campaign, go to the Campaign Dashboard, click on "Publish," toggle the switch to "On," and click "Submit" to save your changes. It may take a moment for your changes to reflect on your campaign page.

Email Confirmation

If this is your first campaign on GiveSendGo, you'll need to confirm your email address before you can publish your campaign. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from us and click the link provided to verify your account and publish your campaign.

Contact Support

If you've already published your campaign and confirmed your email address, but your campaign is still disabled, please reach out to our support team for assistance. You can contact us at Support@GiveSendGo.com, and we'll help you resolve the issue promptly.
