To change the recipient for your campaign on GiveSendGo, follow these steps depending on the recipient's current status:
- Recipient Has Not Accepted the Invite:
- Log in to your campaign dashboard.
- Navigate to the 'Recipient Details' tab.
- Edit the recipient's basic details as needed.
- Submit the updates. The new recipient will receive an invite to connect to our payment solution.
- Recipient Has Already Accepted the Invite:
- Please contact our support team for assistance. Our team is ready to help you make any necessary changes.
