Updating Your Recipient

Follow these steps to update the recipient for your campaign, based on their current status:


Recipient Has Not Accepted the Invite:

  1. Click Campaign Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the 'Recipient Details' tab.
  3. Edit the recipient's basic details as needed.
  4. Submit the updates. The new recipient will receive an invite to connect to our payment solution.

Recipient Has Already Accepted the Invite:

If the recipient has already accepted the invite, please contact our support team for assistance. We are ready to help you make any necessary changes.

Special Circumstances:

If the recipient has passed away, please review our article on what to do in the event of a death.
