Adding Images and Videos to Your Campaign

Modified on Wed, Apr 2 at 1:58 AM

Including high-quality images and videos in your campaign can significantly enhance its visibility and impact, helping donors connect with your cause. Here’s how to add or update media in your campaign:

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Uploading or Changing Your Main Header Image or Video

Your main header image or video is the primary visual at the top of your campaign page.

To update it:

  1. Log into your GiveSendGo account.

  2. Once logged in, you'll see your dashboard displaying your active campaigns.

  3. Under “My Campaigns,” click on "Manage Campaign" next to the campaign you’d like to update.

  4. From the menu, select "Campaign Edit."

  5. Scroll down to the Main Image/Video section.

  6. Browse your device to upload a photo or paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or Rumble video link.

    • If using Rumble, make sure to use the embed iframe URL rather than the page link.
  7. Click Save to update.

Note:

? Videos cannot be uploaded directly to the Image Gallery—only embedded via YouTube, Vimeo, or Rumble links.

⚠️ Changing the main image/video will replace the existing one—it does not add additional images.

Adding More Pictures & Videos (Image Gallery)

To showcase multiple images and create a visual slideshow for your campaign:

  • Log into your GiveSendGo account.

  • Once logged in, you'll see your dashboard displaying your active campaigns.

  • Under “My Campaigns,” click on "Manage Campaign" next to the campaign you’d like to update.

  • From the menu, select "Image Gallery."

  • Browse your device to add photos or paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or Rumble video link.

    • If using Rumble, make sure to use the embed iframe URL rather than the page link.

  • Select the desired images from your device and upload them.

What Happens Next?

  • Once uploaded, these images will appear as a slideshow on your campaign page, offering potential donors a richer visual experience of your story.

? Videos cannot be uploaded directly to the Image Gallery—only embedded via YouTube, Vimeo, or Rumble links.

Supported Image & Video Platforms

  • Images: JPEG, PNG formats are recommended.
  • Videos: You can embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, or Rumble.
    • If using Rumble, make sure to use the embed iframe URL rather than the page link.
