Step 1 - Verification: To request payouts, you must be a verified recipient. This means you need to complete our verification process, which requires the following in the country where the fundraiser is located:
- A bank account in the same currency as the fundraiser
- A passport or government-issued photo ID
- A phone number
- A residential address (sorry, we can't accept PO boxes)
- A Tax ID (like a Social Security Number if you're in the US)
- You must be 18 years of age or older
First Payout Period: The first payout is available 5 days after the first successful donation is made. Subsequent donations take 3 days to process and be added to the payout balance.
Payout Requests: Payouts must be requested manually in the Payouts section of the recipient's Campaign Dashboard. They are not automatic. New payout requests become available once the previous payout settles.
Deposit Timeframe: Requested payouts take 3-5 days to deposit into the designated bank account.
Requesting Payouts: New payout requests become available once the previous payout settles in your account.
Fees: A detailed breakdown of fees, including platform and processing fees, is available here.
Held Funds: Our team of payout specialists may hold a portion of the funds back if a donation is deemed at high risk of a dispute to ensure the integrity of the campaign.
