If the recipient has not yet accepted the invitation to join the campaign:
- Log into your GiveSendGo account
- Open your Campaign Dashboard
- Click the Recipient Details tab under Manage Campaign
- Click the green Edit Basic Info button
- Update the recipient’s name and/or email address as needed
- Click Submit
A new invitation will automatically be sent to the updated recipient so they can join the campaign and connect their bank account.
Important
- You can only edit the recipient's details if they have not yet accepted the invitation.
- If the recipient has already accepted the invitation, you won’t be able to make changes on your own. See our article How to Change Your Campaign Recipient.
